This publication aims to provide a general overview of the H-2A visa program in Tennessee, specifically the use of the program in terms of certified workers, the geographic distribution of these workers, the certification process, businesses or firms that could help with the certification process, and program costs for employers of H-2A workers. This publication is designed to provide an overview and should not be taken as a “How To” instructional document.
