Abstract

The spotted lanternfly, Lycorma delicatula (White) (SLF) is a planthopper (Hemiptera: Fulgoridae) whose nymphs and adults feed on many host plants. This pest has a needlelike mouthpart that it uses to suck sap from branches and twigs.
