This includes the Steak and Potatoes field day and the Fall Gardeners\u2019 Festival, which were both set to take place this August.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Steak and Potatoes field day is moving to Tuesday, August 3, 2021, while Fall Gardeners\u2019 Festival will take place on August 31, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFor the safety of visitors and employees, we felt it was best to reschedule these large events for 2021,\u201d says Walt Hitch, center director of the Plateau AgResearch and Education Center. \u201cWe are developing plans to offer alternative educational opportunities in 2020 as guidelines allow.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hitch says once plans are finalized information about new learning opportunities will be available on the Center\u2019s website at <a href=\"http:\/\/plateau.tennessee.edu\/\">plateau.tennessee.edu<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/UTgardenscrossville\/\">UT Gardens, Crossville Facebook page<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/PlateauREC\/\">UT Plateau Research and Education Center Facebook page<\/a>.
