- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Dry sherry 1 tbsp optional
- Garlic 1 tbsp minced

- Flavoring sauce choice Choose 1
- Thickening sauce 2 tbsp broth + 2 tsp cornstarch
- Choose vegetables such as bean sprouts, snow peas, cabbage, carrots, eggplant, celery, green beans, mushrooms, asparagus, bell peppers, pineapple, green onions, zucchini, yellow squash, water chestnuts, or baby corn. Flavoring sauce options: sweet and sour, lemon, basil or cilantro, or soy sesame. Menu suggestion: Serve with cooked rice or pasta.
**Tip! β Toss the selected protein with soy sauce and dry sherry if using.

Mix the flavoring sauce and the cornstarch thickening mixture.

Increase heat to high and coat the pan with 1 tablespoon oil.

Stir-fry the protein in two batches and set aside.

Add the remaining oil and stir-fry the onion for 1 minute.

Add ginger, garlic, and vegetables in stages until crisp-tender.

Return the protein to the skillet and stir in the flavoring sauce and thickening sauce.
